They were amazing! I was quite nervous but my consultant was so so friendly and helpful, told me everything I needed to know and made me comfortable. So grateful to have something like this to turn to when I need help, and overall a much better experience than I thought it would be.

Maybe give a specific time for the phone consultation rather than it just being anytime within the next few hours

Julie, the nurse who saw me was very gentle and made me feel cared for. She fully explained my options and ran me through the procedure so that I didn’t panic! Amazing nurse!

I was seen to by Julie and on the phone consultation, and in the physical appointment, she was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. The room was clean, the service was easy and quick. I would recommend Brook to anyone.

I think finding parking is very hard when trying to access the clinic but overall it is good.

I always find my experience with the Brook extremely reassuring and efficient, the location always feels well organised and hygienic, with the system they have in place for visitors.

I never feel that there is anything more the Brook could do to improve their services, I have no complaints.
